Horacio Nieto has been in the fashion industry for more than 22 years and has a very diverse resume, owning his own business and working for small and large fashion companies.
Horacio moved to Chicago, in 2000, to attend a small private fashion school where he received his education and his Bachelor's Degree of Fine Arts. After graduation, he worked for a few small fashion businesses where he gained valuable experience. With this knowledge, he was able to begin his own line, which he sold to small boutiques and large retailers such as Macy's on State Street in Chicago.
Nieto was able to work on his womenswear line but also created his menswear line called Arlo Menswear. For a couple of years, Horacio worked in the bridal industry and soon started a small bridal line that was included in his brand. He made a name for himself in the fashion industry and was one of the top designers in Chicago.
Horacio moved to Columbus, Ohio to work for Abercrombie & Fitch Home Office. He gained experience working for an international fashion company and was able to grow in the company before leaving to pursue other fashion categories.
Horacio is currently living in Oklahoma City, where he is the Designer & Senior Technical Designer for a golf apparel company. He continues to work on his lines and has also started working on textile art.
